Our commitment is to provide exceptional experiences for all veterinarians, pets, and pet owners, reflecting our core values of respect, honor, and dignity.
Position Overview:
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and capable of distinguishing between significant and minor client and patient issues. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, along with a strong background in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with compassion and professionalism.
- Accurately prepare and review documents and medical records.
- Inform and guide clients about our services and practices.
- Manage appointments, emergencies, and client inquiries, ensuring top-notch care and satisfaction.
- Handle admissions and discharges efficiently, scheduling follow-up appointments as needed.
- Process invoices and payments with precision.
- Maintain and update client and pet records in compliance with legal standards.
- Support administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and emailing.
Schedule: Evening shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, including every other weekend.
Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships.
- Proficient in Windows-based computer applications.
- Strong communication skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
- Able to identify and seek assistance in complex client-related situations.
- Committed to providing outstanding customer service.
