Client Service Representative - Swing Shift

Client Care - Full Time

Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Client Care team as a full-time Client Service Representative on swing shift. We believe in providing exceptional experiences for all veterinarians, pets, and pet owners, and our commitment to respect, honor, and dignity guides our interactions with clients and colleagues alike.

Position Overview:

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated Client Service Representative who is passionate about delivering quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and capable of distinguishing between critical and non-critical issues as they pertain to our clients and their pets. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, along with a proven track record in delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet clients warmly and assist them with compassion and professionalism.
  2. Accurately prepare and review documents and medical records.
  3. Provide education and guidance to clients regarding our services and practices.
  4. Manage appointments, emergencies, and client inquiries while ensuring the highest standards of care and satisfaction.
  5. Handle admissions and discharges with precision; schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
  6. Process invoices and payments accurately.
  7. Maintain and update client and pet records in compliance with legal requirements.
  8. Assist with various administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and emailing.

Work Schedule: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, including every other weekend.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients. A fundamental understanding of Windows-based computer programs is required, along with effective communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. The candidate should also be proactive in seeking guidance for any client-related situations that fall outside established protocols.
