About the Opportunity

Covenant Physician Partners is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support in our busy healthcare setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting patients and their families, answering and routing incoming calls, and completing insurance verification as needed.

About the Candidate

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Competent in the use of basic office equipment, including computer, printer, telephone, and fax.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and remain poised and professional when interacting with potentially hostile patients and family members.
  • Excellent clerical and organizational skills.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Bilingual skills highly preferred.
