About the Position

PATH is seeking an Intern to support the supply chain strengthening project under the Health Systems Strengthening Vertical. The Intern will work closely with the state team to provide support for strengthening supply chain management in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of public health supply chain management in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
  • Conduct situational analysis and secondary data analysis to identify gaps in supply chain management, particularly in the availability of essential drugs at various health facilities.
  • Support the state team in developing training materials, modules, and resources related to supply chain management in the context of public health.
  • Coordinate multi-stakeholder meetings and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Develop knowledge products, case studies, and success stories to document and share experiences from capacity-building initiatives.
  • Undertake design, documentation, and report writing to develop technical reports, briefs, and presentations for program deliverables.
  • Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of capacity-building interventions on the performance of the supply chain workforce in public health.
Requirements
  • Completed graduation with a basic understanding of public health supply chain management.
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to work on group and individual assignments.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong self-motivation.
Duration and Location

3 months, full-time internship in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
