Role Overview
The AIS team is in search of a results-driven Program Manager to spearhead and facilitate the implementation and expansion of Project Buy Sell. You will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and delivering outcomes for the technical aspects of the project. Acting as a primary liaison with various suppliers, external partners, and key stakeholders, you will coordinate directly with suppliers to set implementation timelines, ensure adherence to critical milestones, and address any obstacles that may arise during the implementation process. You will also manage internal executive reporting concerning the implementation status and the program's progress toward its objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise in systems and tools implementation to effectively manage timelines, prioritize features and requirements, and balance both internal and external technical resource limitations.
- Evaluate data exchange requirements across supply chain, material planning, production planning, finance, accounting, and warehousing functions to outline project roadmaps.
- Influence the priorities of internal and external stakeholders to align with program milestones and overarching objectives.
Position Highlights
The Program Manager for Project Buy Sell serves as the primary contact for all system-related tools and functions associated with the project. This individual will oversee timelines, coordinate the efforts of technical resources, internal stakeholders, and suppliers. As the subject matter expert for Project Buy Sell, you will manage communications and reporting across various levels of the organization.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in formulating strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Experience in managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in interpreting data and making informed business recommendations.
- Experience in identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
- MBA.
- 6+ years of experience in responding to requests for proposals, including determining requirements and developing solutions.
- Experience in developing automated solutions to support supply chain processes, particularly in procurement and order fulfillment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, and depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be included as part of a total compensation package, alongside a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
