As a Tech Lead Manager, you will be at the helm of developing and managing large-scale distributed systems that drive our global e-commerce supply chain. You'll play a crucial role in shaping our technology infrastructure and ensuring its seamless integration into our operations. Your responsibilities will include assembling and managing a high-performing supply chain tech team in the US, focusing on nurturing talent and fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will drive the development of advanced e-commerce supply chain technologies such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), fulfillment networks, and inventory forecasting and planning tools, aiming to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency. In this role, you will define and implement a long-term technical roadmap for the team, breaking it down into actionable projects with clear milestones and deliverables. You will provide strategic input on technical decisions and guide the team in executing projects that align with product and business objectives. This Supply Chain Manager will also perform other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:

Experience in Team Management and Technical LeadershipA minimum of 2 years of experience in managing or leading a software engineering team.Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor team members, oversee project progress, and ensure successful project delivery.Background in Large-Scale System Development:A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining large-scale systems.Proven track record of handling complex systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.Communication and Teamwork Skills:Strong ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.Demonstrated teamwork skills, including collaboration across diverse teams and effective conflict resolution.Experience in E-Commerce Supply Chain:Experience with e-commerce supply chain processesFamiliarity with the challenges and solutions specific to e-commerce logistics and fulfillment.Business Acumen and Data Sensitivity:Strong understanding of business operations and decision-making processes.High level of sensitivity to data, including the ability to interpret and leverage data insights to drive business strategies and improve system performance.Experience Preferences:N/APhysical Requirements: Adequate vision to perform tasks effectively, including close and distance work.Good hearing ability to effectively communicate and respond to auditory cues.Capacity to perform repetitive tasks consistently with minimal breaks, demonstrating endurance and stamina throughout the work shift.
