Position Overview:

As a Senior Global Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain processes.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for scoping, developing, and implementing mid-scale and large-scale automation solutions aimed at optimizing the server and networking supply chain.

Your collaboration with business and operational teams will be essential in identifying automation opportunities and translating varied business requirements into scalable solutions.

Utilizing advanced tools such as SQL and Quicksight, you will spearhead automation initiatives that streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

Moreover, your expertise in creating widely utilized dashboard solutions using Tableau and/or Quicksight will facilitate data-driven decision-making and provide critical insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with manufacturing operations to pinpoint automation challenges and areas for enhancement.
  • Translate diverse business needs into scalable system solutions that deliver swift and impactful results.
  • Develop mid-scale automation solutions utilizing SQL, Quicksight, and other advanced tools to optimize workflows.
  • Influence and partner with Software Development Engineering teams to propel large-scale system enhancements and automation projects.
  • Design and implement widely adopted dashboard solutions using Tableau and/or Quicksight for improved data visualization and informed decision-making.
  • Continuously explore emerging automation tools and software to enhance our supply chain systems and foster innovation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related quantitative fields.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau/Quicksight, and Microsoft Excel.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or other quantitative disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, data analytics, inventory management, finance, or project management.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL and Tableau/Quicksight.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Professional experience in influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
