Position Summary

As an Oracle Supply Chain Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in spearheading the deployment and configuration of Oracle ERP core Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. Your profound knowledge of Oracle SCM functionalities, including Inventory Management, Procurement Management, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning, will be vital in offering expert guidance on best practices within the Oracle ecosystem. You will engage in configuring and validating Oracle EBS applications, encompassing Purchasing, Supply and Demand Planning, Inventory, Shipping, Order Management, and Advanced Pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and configuration of Oracle ERP core SCM modules.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and gather requirements related to Supply Chain processes.
  • Deliver expert advice on Oracle best practices for Supply Chain Management.
  • Configure and validate Oracle EBS applications, including Purchasing, Supply and Demand Planning, Inventory, Shipping, Order Management, and Advanced Pricing.
  • Ensure comprehensive understanding of business workflows and propose solutions for any functional gaps.
  • Lead the design and integration support with partner systems.
  • Provide advanced technical expertise and guidance to development teams.
  • Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions for proposed solutions, addressing both educational needs and practical experience.
  • Create and maintain queries and reports to meet end-user requirements and facilitate analysis.
  • Develop and sustain training materials and job aids for the ERP system.
Qualifications:
  • Collaborative Leader: Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM modules.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Extensive experience with Oracle EBS and the Supply Chain Suite of applications.
  • Effective Communicator: Capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into system designs.
Education and Experience:
  • 14+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 5+ years in a functional capacity implementing and supporting Oracle SCM applications.
  • Experience with RICEW identification and technical design.
  • Familiarity with additional Oracle R12 EBS Supply Chain modules is advantageous.
  • Proficient in various Oracle EBS R12 implementations, rollouts, and post-implementation support utilizing AIM methodologies.
