Job Summary

Cambridge Savings Bank is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Loan Servicing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Lending department, you will be responsible for the development, quality, and overall management of Loan Servicing for Commercial Lending.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile assigned General Ledger accounts and ensure timely resolution of all items.
  • Effectively manage and coach the Commercial Loan Servicing team to maximize performance and align with the strategic objectives of the Bank.
  • Monitor and ensure that all incoming internal and external customer service requests are prioritized and completed accurately.
  • Maintain a high-level working knowledge of core loan system and administer internal system processes to service loans efficiently.
  • Continuously assess and evaluate servicing processes, technologies, and procedural requirements for the department.
  • Responsible for audit result responses and implementations, including coordination with appropriate departments.
  • Manage the servicing of non-performing loans to ensure they are properly reported per the Commercial Lending Policy and FDIC rules.
  • Contribute to the effective team management of all bank problems, issues, and opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.
Requirements
  • Associates degree preferred, or 10+ years commercial loan servicing experience.
  • 8+ years loan servicing experience in commercial lending, preferred.
  • 3+ years' management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial real estate documentation, as well as various commercial loan products.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial lending life cycle, including credit, administration, servicing, and post-closing.
  • Demonstrated experience with commercial and mortgage servicing core systems.
  • Strong accounting skills, along with strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
