Job Overview:
VentureTech Solutions is seeking a skilled Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer issues, and meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and offer solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
  • Meet performance targets, including customer satisfaction ratings and first-call resolution rates.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be proficient in English/Spanish, with bilingual skills preferred but not necessary. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a call center environment is an asset. We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00-$17.00/hour, plus benefits including 401(k), medical, vision, dental, disability/life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off (P.T.O.), service time awards, and more.
