The Customer Success division serves as the essential relationship management partner for our clients throughout their engagement with CMT. As a vital member of the Customer Success team within the Sales organization, you will collaborate closely with Sales Executives to foster growth and satisfaction among designated accounts. You will act as the primary liaison for partners during the implementation phase, guiding them from contract execution to successful launch, while ensuring ongoing success post-release. Your role will be crucial in articulating the customer’s voice for internal prioritization and resource allocation.

CMT is seeking a collaborative, customer-focused, and dynamic Lead Customer Success Strategist who is eager to contribute to our mission of enhancing road safety through improved driver performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Customer Solutions and Sales to deliver and manage partner programs effectively, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution with top-tier solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external account communications.
  • Act as the intermediary between our clients and our engineering, quality assurance, and product management teams.
  • Conduct complex tasks aligned with organizational goals, exercising considerable independent judgment.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues.
  • Serve as the initial point of triage for partner feature and enhancement requests, coordinating with internal Engineering and Product teams.
  • Define business requirements and communicate necessary features and changes with other groups within CMT.
  • Mitigate risks for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the sustainability and growth of the partner program base.
  • Work in partnership with Sales to enhance partner engagement by monitoring and reporting on specific business metrics.
  • Address any additional tasks as they arise.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or certification.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple, complex programs.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams, synthesizing potentially conflicting priorities.
  • Strong skills in collaboration, planning, influence, prioritization, and time management.
