Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the AC Hotel Columbus Dublin. This role is responsible for supervising all aspects of the Front Desk functions, ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining a positive hotel atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Front Desk staff to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist staff with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests.
  • Present guest folios and process payments according to hotel policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience in a similar position with supervisory experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and staff.
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with some college preferred.
