Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the AC Hotel Columbus Dublin. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, room availability, and expected arrivals/departures.
  • Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Assist staff with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas.
  • Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
  • Responsible for supervising all aspects of the Front Desk functions, in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Direct, implement and maintain a strong service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff.
  • High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Note: Due to the nature of our business, this position requires weekend availability.
