Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to online inquiries and engage customers through various digital channels, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Qualify and nurture leads to generate appointments, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide accurate and detailed product information, addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Follow up with potential customers to maintain interest and drive sales, utilizing CRM software to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and meeting customer needs.
  • Proficiency in using computers and digital tools, with experience in CRM software and other relevant technologies.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required; a passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
