Are you a driven sales professional seeking a new challenge? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of success in B2B sales? City Wide is looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive cold calls, email outreach, and foot canvassing
  • Cultivate strong relationships with property managers and industry association members
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the building maintenance industry and provide expert advice to clients
  • Close sales by building rapport with prospects and overcoming objections
  • Run building surveys and present proposals to secure new contracts
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of success meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong hunting skills and ability to explain activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline
  • Outgoing and dynamic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary of $60,000+/year plus commissions and bonuses
  • Expected total salary of near $100,000 in the first year
