Territory Sales Executive

Are you a driven sales professional seeking a new challenge? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of success in B2B sales? City Wide is looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive cold calls, email outreach, and foot canvassing
- Cultivate strong relationships with property managers and industry association members
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the building maintenance industry and provide expert advice to clients
- Close sales by building rapport with prospects and overcoming objections
- Run building surveys and present proposals to secure new contracts
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of success meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong hunting skills and ability to explain activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline
- Outgoing and dynamic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Competitive base salary of $60,000+/year plus commissions and bonuses
- Expected total salary of near $100,000 in the first year
- ICHRI health care plan available month 1
