Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Top Candidate Search Group. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling medical devices and offering clinical education to physicians and clinical staff in the White Plains/ New Rochelle/ Bronx area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell medical devices and offer clinical education to physicians and clinical staff
  • Meet/exceed sales objectives and market share within assigned geographic area
  • Develop and maintain superior relationships with key diabetes decision makers and influencers
  • Implement customer loyalty initiatives
  • Exhibit high proficiency and expertise in discussing and demonstrating products
  • Maintain a high profile with professional diabetes organizations and KOLs in the assigned geographic area
  • Work effectively and productively with internal and external colleagues and leadership
  • Perform administrative duties in a timely fashion and work within the specified budget

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-7 years of medical device sales experience
  • Track record of sales success
  • Ability to close deals and grow business
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Can-do attitude and company integrity and compassion for patients

Compensation:

Base salary $90,000 depending on experience. Total comp expected in 1st year is $180,000 after commissions (uncapped paid monthly); plus car allowance, full benefits, lots of opportunity for growth and professional development.
