Client Service Responsibilities:
- Manage client service requests and all related activities concerning Property & Casualty and Life & Accident products.
- Proactively identify and address the needs of clients and Risk Management Advisors while delivering outstanding and distinctive service.
- Engage in special projects as assigned by management.
- Participate in client meetings as necessary.
Technical Skills:
- Possess a solid understanding of Property & Casualty and Life & Accident insurance products; relevant licenses are preferred.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and demonstrate effective use of our client management systems to ensure compliance with service level standards.
- Timely management of correspondence as required, including email and client document management.
- Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Support the team by fostering strong relationships and sharing valuable insights and techniques.
Marketing & Negotiation:
- Establish and nurture relationships with underwriters by submitting professional and comprehensive documentation.
- Stay informed about market trends and carrier appetites.
- Demonstrate negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes by understanding the carrier's perspective.
Personal Attributes:
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey insurance concepts to non-industry individuals in straightforward terms. Adapt to shifting priorities and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Lead by example.
