Your Responsibilities:
- Administer medications accurately and safely, tailored to the patient's age and clinical condition.
- Provide patient care that meets the specific needs of geriatric and general rehabilitation patients.
- Assist in patient assessments and reassessments under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Identify and implement appropriate rehabilitation nursing interventions.
- Conduct timely quality improvement assessments as directed.
- Execute the care plan based on patient needs and responses, adjusting as necessary.
- Engage professionally with patients and their families, involving them in care planning.
- Assess and manage pain effectively, educating patients and families on pain management techniques.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nursing program.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- IV certification required or to be obtained within six months.
- Minimum of six months of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
