Requirements:

  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with current and unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the state of employment.
  • Associates' degree in Vocational/Practical Nursing from an accredited program, preferred.
  • At least two years of recent nursing experience, preferably in community/home health or medical/surgical settings.
  • Possess and maintain valid CPR certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
