Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments through various methods
  • Execute technical nursing tasks in compliance with regulations
  • Operate and maintain medical devices
  • Accurately document patient observations
  • Gather data and monitor the health status of individuals
  • Provide leadership and oversight to fellow staff members
  • Assist in onboarding new Advanced Vocational Nurses
  • Deliver educational and safety training to team members
  • Engage in Quality Assurance efforts
  • Participate in facility committees as needed

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior nursing experience
  • Understanding of nursing protocols and methodologies
  • Strong communication and instructional skills
  • Application of health promotion and treatment strategies
  • Analytical thinking abilities
  • Current CPR certification
  • Capability to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Familiarity with emergency protocols and equipment
