**Key Responsibilities: **
* Build trust-based relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and priorities.* Identify opportunities to provide tailored solutions that meet clients' needs, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences, including cash transactions, product sales, and referrals.* Manage client interactions efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions and high levels of satisfaction.* Develop and maintain expertise in Bank of America's products and services to provide informed solutions and drive business growth.* Continuously learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.* Focus on delivering results while acting in the best interest of clients and the bank.
**Requirements: **
* 1+ year of experience in financial services, preferably in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in building relationships and driving revenue growth.* Strong knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions, with ability to learn and adapt quickly.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration, or economics.* Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
