  • Schedule appointments, procedures, and surgeries
  • Process patient payments, handle insurance claims, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, staff, and patients to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with medical terminology, coding, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
  • Strong customer service skills and a patient-centered approach
