Job Overview

TRG is in search of an experienced Project Director to lead Data Integrity, Research, and Evaluation initiatives for the Department of Labor (DOL) Employment and Training Administration (ETA) Office of Job Corps (OJC).

This role requires on-site presence, with work conducted at designated facilities.

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award and the successful completion of a public trust suitability assessment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of multiple high-quality projects, providing essential guidance to meet both corporate and client goals.
  • Mitigate project risks, review contractual agreements, and offer leadership to the project team.
  • Manage various program components from inception to completion, providing strategic oversight, setting objectives, and guiding the team to fulfill them.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, maintain communication with stakeholders, ensure compliance and efficiency, and implement necessary enhancements.
  • Deliver comprehensive support to the Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Job Corps (OJC) by providing all necessary personnel, tools, materials, and services for performance-related policy recommendations, reporting, data integrity audits, statistical analysis, risk management, and technical assistance. The contractor will adhere to the standards outlined in this contract while delivering the following services:
    • Performance Policy Development
    • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Data Visualization and Modernization
    • Data Integrity Audits
    • Risk Management Tools
    • Surveys
    • Research, Evaluation, and Technical Assistance
    • Administrative and Project Management Support
    • Technology Assistance

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of demonstrable experience in policy analysis, program evaluation, research, data integrity audits, and statistical analysis is essential.
  • A Master's degree is required.
