Administrative Support Specialist

Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Field and direct telephone calls
- Receive and direct visitors
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Conduct internet research
- Place orders for office equipment and supplies
- Enter data into reports as needed
- Develop and send email and postal mail campaigns
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer technology, including Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and social media marketing

Available Shifts and Compensation:
We have available shifts throughout the week. Compensation will be based on your experience.
