Job Opportunity

Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
  • Field and direct telephone calls
  • Receive and direct visitors
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Conduct internet research
  • Place orders for office equipment and supplies
  • Enter data into reports as needed
  • Develop and send email and postal mail campaigns

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and social media marketing

Available Shifts and Compensation:
