Engineering Project Coordinator

At Zortech Solutions Inc, we are seeking a dedicated Engineering Project Coordinator to oversee project tasks within a small engineering team with minimal supervision.

Job Overview:

This role involves managing project timelines and ensuring successful completion of engineering initiatives. You will serve as the primary engineering liaison for our clients, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee project resources and team from initial requirements through design, development, and into production, adhering to project timelines and regulatory standards.

• Develop and monitor project status reports, conduct budget assessments, and manage procurement of necessary equipment and materials.

• Interpret project requirements and generate a variety of technical documentation, including compliance matrices, technical proposals, and risk management plans.

• Act as a communication bridge between the project manager and engineering team, executing tasks based on guidance from supervisors and project leads.

• Create and maintain a detailed testing schedule, coordinating the engineering team for effective execution.

• Ensure readiness for testing and timely execution of verification processes, reviewing test procedures and designing necessary test fixtures.


Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in engineering project management.
