Account Executive

Curation by marcus evans is a bespoke hospitality service for the world's most discerning clientele. We create unforgettable experiences surrounding the seasons most thrilling sports, cultural, and entertainment events, such as Formula One, the Masters, and Wimbledon, combined with the worlds finest hotels, private residences, and super-yachts.

We are searching for a skilled Account Executive to expand business development efforts in anticipation of the 2026 World Cup. A successful candidate will develop new accounts, manage client relationships, and grow into a long-term visionary for the Curation brand. We recognize excellence and are fully committed to developing impactful future leaders.

This is an in-person role located in our Greenwich office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generating and prospecting new leads to create a book of business.
  • Identifying, building, and maintaining a targeted database of high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and C-level executives.
  • Contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospects through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
  • Keeping an organized record of sales activity and pipeline.
  • Nurturing new and existing client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Acting on behalf of the company and our clients in the delivery of our exceptional products and services.
Qualifications
  • Sales experience: 3-5 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience.
  • Prospecting and outreach experience: Experience cold calling C-level executives and creating strategic marketing email campaigns.
  • Exceptional listening and questioning skills: Successful candidates understand emotional intelligence and tactical empathy.
  • Strong hunter mentality through disciplined KPIs and farmer ability to nurture and develop relationships.
  • Pipeline management ability: Research and organizational skills.
  • Leadership: We promote 100% from within and actively develop top performers into management.
Compensation and Benefits

  • 5% commission on sales, with average deals at $120k.
