Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, contributing to sales volume growth, and fostering existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to corporate and residential clients
- Resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Sales and Business Development
- Create custom presentations for clients during sales calls
- Foster new business opportunities and generate leads
- Execute the sales process from inquiry to sale, including proposals, meetings, contracts, and agreements
- Team Leadership
- Lead by example and promote a productive and cohesive work environment
- Mentor and train team members to maximize sales
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Ability to achieve established goals and deliver on high expectations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
