Job Description:

First New York Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated Member Service Specialist-Contact Center to provide top-notch customer service to members.

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address member inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as experience working in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members via multiple channels
  • Resolve complex member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A salary range of $18.25/hour-$19.25/hour
