Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional attendee experiences.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services or trade organization setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, members, and external partners.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
