Job Title: IT Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our internal users, ensuring seamless operations and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues for all users.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, ensuring timely resolution to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage the helpdesk ticketing system, prioritizing and assigning tickets based on urgency and impact.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and provide technical guidance to users.
  • Document solutions and create user guides for common issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ or similar).
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base pay range: $76,000-$100,000 USD.
  • Full-time position with occasional after-hours support as required.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and move IT equipment as necessary.
