Job Summary:The selected candidates will provide end-user information technology support to students, faculty, and staff. This is a part-time position, and the selected candidates will work 10-15 hours per week, scheduled between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm.
Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and printer issues.
- Assign tickets in our helpdesk.
- Prepare and update devices for deployment.
- Assist patrons with our Virtual Reality and One Button Studio services.
