Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Customer Account Leader, you will:

  • Provide strategic direction to National Customer Account teams with a focus on enhancing profitability.
  • Lead national customer account teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Facilitate career development through meaningful work assignments and training opportunities.
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure adequate staffing, equipment, and communication capabilities.
  • Develop innovative solutions and customer strategies.
  • Gather customer insights from various sources to inform decision-making.
  • Deliver actionable insights based on thorough data analysis.
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Proactively support others in reaching organizational goals.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or sales.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a similar field.
  • Prior experience in the transportation industry is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership skills to influence and motivate a diverse workforce.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, decision-making, and analytical skills with a creative approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering persuasive presentations that engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
