- Ensure all residents receive high-quality care, including bathing, medication administration, and treatment.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for nursing personnel, promoting open communication and addressing concerns.
- Oversee the execution of physician orders and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assign duties and evaluate nursing personnel based on their skills and job descriptions.
- Monitor and report on the quality of care, adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Act as a liaison between residents, physicians, and family members, ensuring effective communication and care coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Arizona.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and laws governing nursing care facilities.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Customer service skills and experience required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
