Position Overview

The Seasonal Retail Sales Representative plays a vital role in driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience for our fans. This position involves maintaining retail standards and executing back-of-house operations while engaging with customers to create an enjoyable shopping atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome fans and engage them with questions to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Provide recommendations based on customer interactions and observations.
  • Ensure a strong brand connection by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain the sales floor and stockroom with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Process transactions efficiently using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to positively represent the Fanatics brand.
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.

  • Exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrate the ability to acquire product knowledge related to team and league inventory.
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment, serving a diverse fan base.
