Position Overview
The Seasonal Retail Sales Representative plays a vital role in driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience for our fans. This position involves maintaining retail standards and executing back-of-house operations while engaging with customers to create an enjoyable shopping atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome fans and engage them with questions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide recommendations based on customer interactions and observations.
- Ensure a strong brand connection by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain the sales floor and stockroom with meticulous attention to detail.
- Process transactions efficiently using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to positively represent the Fanatics brand.
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
