Your Responsibilities
+ Directly interact with customers who reach out to us for various inquiries, from assisting them in selecting their new pet to resolving issues when things don't go as expected.
+ Investigate and troubleshoot to identify suitable solutions for customers, proactively think ahead, and set follow-ups as necessary to ensure complete resolution.
+ Approach interactions with understanding, employing active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness towards customers and team members alike.

Qualifications
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
+ Exhibit exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) during a written assessment.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks (e.g., engaging in a phone conversation while navigating on a computer and taking notes) and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
+ Proficient in using computers for data entry and quick navigation through systems and the internet to find information that supports our customers.
+ Adaptability to changes in business needs.
+ Flexibility to adjust schedules and work overtime as required by the business unit.
+ Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Must successfully pass a background check.
Technical Requirements
+ Your workspace must be spacious enough to accommodate computer monitors and free from distractions, including background noise that could affect the customer experience.
+ A suitable work area for webcam use is necessary.
+ You need a reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed). Applicants must meet this requirement.
+ You will provide high-speed internet; we will supply all other necessary equipment (computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam).
+ A phone line is not required, but you must have a cell phone or tablet that can be used for two-factor authentication.
