Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a smooth stay experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
  • Providing information about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
  • Handling requests for mail, messages, and packages
  • Maintaining accurate records and using the Front Desk computer system
  • Ensuring a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • College coursework in a related field helpful
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
