Front Desk Representative

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a smooth stay experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
- Providing information about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
- Handling requests for mail, messages, and packages
- Maintaining accurate records and using the Front Desk computer system
- Ensuring a clean and organized work area
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- College coursework in a related field helpful
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
