In this key role, you will serve as the in-house expert for the Construction Solutions group, driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
- Business Development Expertise
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for sales and business development within the Construction Solutions group, in collaboration with the Director.
- Drive sales, gross profit, and contribution margin targets, as identified in the business plan.
- Product Knowledge and Training
- Educate and train Pivot sales employees on the benefits of prefabricated architecture, including new product launches.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and tours to ensure thorough understanding of product and functional design elements.
- Client Relationships and Sales Strategy
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospective clients, vendors, and referral sources to increase customer satisfaction and generate referral business.
- Create unique perspectives, understand client value drivers, and identify economic drivers to educate clients and provide alternatives.
- Project Management and Coordination
- Accountable for all stages of a project from initial pitch through contract approval.
- Work successfully with other team members to complete various phases of the design/specification/installation process.
- Industry Knowledge and Professional Development
- Maintain a current working knowledge of developments in the industry and related products, applications, and design concepts.
- Consistently devote time to personal and professional development through continuing education sources and business associations.
