Job Overview

The role involves the analysis, verification, tracking, and recommendations for the implementation and maintenance of projects, products, and solutions. The position serves as a crucial link between various agile teams and project teams, ensuring the delivery of product and solution strategies along with training materials throughout the implementation phase, while also facilitating smooth operations post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities


1. Analyze, verify, track, and recommend the development of implementation strategies for system development and the rollout of products and solutions. This may encompass stages such as discovery, design, conversion, testing, and other elements of the project lifecycle and agile delivery.


2. Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.


3. Engage in the creation and delivery of training programs for both current and prospective users; provide education to practice, site, and corporate management regarding project operations and procedures.


4. Support the implementation team in configuring compliance rules based on system policies and legal obligations.


Compliance and Auditing

5. Ensure that processes adhere to system policies, relevant laws, and contractual agreements.

6. Conduct solution audits and address discrepancies as necessary.

7. Collaborate with implementation teams to troubleshoot user issues effectively.

8. Consult with departments to offer customer support during and after the implementation phase.


9. Conduct post-implementation satisfaction surveys; report findings to management and suggest actionable improvements; troubleshoot issues and resolve concerns, as well as recommend necessary adjustments; consult with newly integrated facilities to design transition and implementation strategies.


Work Environment

Operate under general guidance where work assignments are diverse and require interpretation and independent decision-making regarding the course of action.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- A degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, with a preference for experience in a dynamic, high-technology environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are highly preferred.

Preferred Certification

- EpicCare Ambulatory Certification is preferred.
