Overview:
ESR Healthcare is in search of a Senior Lens Production Marketing Specialist.

This role entails overseeing the launch of new camera and lens products, liaising with the Canon Japan Headquarters, and formulating launch strategies, marketing initiatives, and user engagement events.

The primary focus will be on the Latin America region, alongside responsibilities in the USA market.

The position also includes following up with technical support for professional users and gathering feedback from retail and consumer markets.

This role necessitates a full-time presence at designated office(s)/worksite(s)/territory.

Responsibilities:


Accountable for enhancing national sales efforts by leveraging expertise in product technology, contributing to the development of marketing strategies, and executing new product launches.


Recognized as the authority in product technology, government marketing, contracting, sales, and pricing, while devising diverse strategies to bolster Canon's presence in the government sector.


Provides expertise to Field Sales Groups, Contracting, and Pricing, leading to coordinated strategies that expand Canon's market share in the Government sales channel.


Responsible for delivering direct sales support to federal, state, and local customers, as well as large specialized accounts, by customizing programs to meet specific customer needs.

Develops marketing strategies and initiatives by collecting, compiling, and analyzing marketing research data and competitive insights.

Analyzes data to summarize market trends and consumer demands, identifying specific needs targeted by the marketing program.


Offers direct assistance in resolving unique or complex issues and participates in presentations for accounts requiring specialized product/technological support.

Creates government-specific advertising and promotional materials.


Conducts sales presentations for large government clients to ensure effective communication of the technical features and specifications of the products.

Possesses specialized knowledge or skills in a particular functional area.


A fully qualified, seasoned professional with a comprehensive understanding of the job role who tackles complicated issues facing the department.

Receives general guidance from the manager on new assignments but operates with minimal direction in day-to-day tasks.


Typically reports to a Manager or Senior Manager and may mentor or supervise one or two less experienced professional staff.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 5 years of related experience, with at least three years in a product marketing environment within the office solutions industry.

Additional training in the technologies associated with the product lines for which he/she is responsible is beneficial.


Requires a strong understanding of network technology, connectivity, and software for document solutions, along with a working knowledge of communication protocols.


Incumbent should possess leadership capabilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent presentation techniques for effectively conveying technical information.

Familiarity with personal computers and multiple software packages is essential.

Knowledge and experience in Camera & Lens Technology are required.

Bilingual in Spanish, both oral and written, is required.
