The Sales Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting the Sales Department with administrative tasks and reporting functions. This position is designed to provide timely support to the sales team and dealer networks, particularly in managing product flow and sales documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all facets of direct order processing, including the establishment of new customer accounts, order preparation, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain electronic sales order files and support product delivery, pricing adjustments, and customer service inquiries.
  • Assist in the administration of promotional activities and special sales initiatives as needed.
  • Handle customer service inquiries related to order status, technical assistance, and product availability.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to address product-related questions and resolve delivery issues.
  • Process necessary documentation for vendor setup and assist in resolving purchase order or invoice discrepancies.
  • Conduct research to resolve inconsistencies in invoices, orders, and product details.
  • Verify order details for accuracy, including pricing and discounts, prior to entry.
  • Maintain customer account information in the CRM system and field inquiries across various communication channels.
  • Prepare and distribute reports as required, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure order accuracy and compliance with shipping guidelines.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a digital database for all processed orders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered.
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a sales or marketing environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • At least 3 years of experience with SAP or other ERP systems is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce is essential.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to analyze information and apply effective solutions to challenges.
  • Capable of working independently and managing time effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships within a team environment.

Work Environment:

This position is primarily office-based, requiring effective communication with sales specialists and team members. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform essential functions.
