Your Impact

  • Oversee the software development lifecycle from the ideation of new features to customer deployment.
  • Comprehend the execution of all elements of the SDLC, from product design to deployment and customer support.
  • Provide informed recommendations to cross-functional team members by engaging in daily project activities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors.
  • Implement, assess, and report on various metrics related to team and product quality and performance.
  • Propose, advocate for, and execute process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the defined project scope.
  • Collaborate with KWI teams to guarantee that each product initiative is clearly defined and effectively constructed.
  • Hold team members accountable for their respective project responsibilities.
  • Build consensus and synchronize project timelines with product and engineering teams.
  • Manage interdependencies across various product releases.
  • Communicate project status updates and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Manage and report on product programs comprising multiple product releases.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience as a Program Manager; experience as a Scrum Master is preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS offerings and managing third-party vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with various SDLC methodologies and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different phases simultaneously.
  • Capability to build trust and respect among technical peers.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in implementing new software delivery processes within an organization.
  • A unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen.
  • A collaborative spirit, capable of coordinating projects for both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Experience in designing and automating scalable processes for enterprise-level organizations.
