About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our HVAC sales team in the local market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our market share.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
  • 8-10 years of progressive sales and/or operational experience in HVAC.
  • 3 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role with responsibility for the productivity or development of others.
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to people at all levels, and to communicate both on a technical and non-technical basis.
