USA Transportation Sales Leader

Pavemetrics, a global leader in 3D vision systems, is seeking a skilled Regional Sales Director to join our USA team. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion within the United States.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in NDT/NDE or Vision/Optics systems. A diploma in a technical or business-related subject is required, along with experience in at least one of the following vertical market sectors: rail industry, transportation infrastructure, or airfields.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing territory plans to prioritize leads and opportunities
- Maintaining and developing existing customers, optimizing service quality and business growth
- Supporting the Sr. Director of Global Sales in analyzing sales reports and developing action plans for improvement
- Managing and coaching channel partners to drive mutual action plans
- Providing market intelligence to optimize product development and forecasting
- Researching markets and new prospects, preparing meetings and presentations, and connecting with customers virtually or in-person
This role requires strong negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, self-driven, passionate, and dedicated to providing great customer service.
As a Regional Sales Director at Pavemetrics, you can expect:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8 years of B2B sales experience
- NDT/NDE or Vision/Optics systems experience preferred

- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
