Client Relationship Executive

Our client, a leading apparel manufacturer, is seeking a motivated and personable Client Relationship Executive to enhance our extensive customer network.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities, demonstrating a client-centric approach and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a growing portfolio of accounts, fostering relationships and expanding business opportunities.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product offerings and services available.
- Exhibit a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards clients and colleagues consistently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to customer account management.
- Establish and nurture strong, enduring client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profitability.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions in alignment with customer needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for new business with existing clients and/or areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to pinpoint and cultivate opportunities within the designated territory.
- Assist with complex client requests or issue escalations as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficient experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Proven capability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Outgoing, friendly, and positive disposition.
- Willingness to adapt responsibilities as needed to support the team in various areas.
- Ambitious with a desire to grow within a small, rapidly expanding company.
