Foster customer loyalty through engaging conversations to deliver a unique banking experience Maintain a comprehensive understanding of banking products and services, including various business lines Demonstrate proficiency in digital banking technologies and educate customers on their use (e.g., Zoom, Appointment Scheduler Tool, Docu Sign, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM Banking) Initiate proactive sales discussions through various interactions, including outbound calls and service-to-sales conversions Attract new clients through targeted prospecting while nurturing existing customer relationships Exhibit strong sales and referral capabilities to identify and seize sales opportunities, contributing to both personal and branch sales objectives Support the branch's growth by developing and retaining both new and existing clientele Collaborate with other business lines to identify and refer customer needs (e.g., Mortgage, Investments, Business Banking) Identify and address lending requirements for customers Act as a point of contact for resolving customer inquiries related to deposits, credit, and other banking services Regularly review personal performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet sales targets Execute teller functions and manage cash transactions Ensure daily cash balancing Comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing banking operations, including adherence to Atlantic Union Bankshares' BSA/AML policies Manage risk by following established policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment Carry out complex operational duties as assigned Complete all required training successfully Perform additional duties as needed

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the designated branch leader.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Must possess or be eligible for NMLS registration High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree is preferred At least 1 year of experience in banking or financial services is preferred Minimum of 1 year in customer relationship development, achieving sales goals, and building referral networks is preferred Previous experience in cash handling is preferred Teller experience is strongly preferred Customer service experience is required Lending experience is preferred
