Key Responsibilities
The Insurance Sales and Client Relations Specialist will focus on maintaining relationships with existing policyholders, enhancing the current book of business, and acquiring new clients. The policies handled will encompass Auto, Home, Commercial, and potentially Life Insurance. Compensation will include a base salary for client retention efforts and commissions for new policy acquisitions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a valid Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance license in Pennsylvania or be willing to obtain one with the agency's support. Licenses in New Jersey and Maryland are advantageous. Candidates without licenses who are interested in starting a career in Insurance are also encouraged to apply, as the agency will assist in obtaining necessary licensing upon hiring, with costs covered by the agency. The successful applicant will be entrepreneurial, personable, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving. Previous experience in Insurance, Sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
