The Judge Group is seeking a highly skilled Direct Hire Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment process, from identifying business opportunities to the recruiting and fulfillment of positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Research and effectively present our services to new and existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key client hiring managers and senior executives.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and social media, building relationships with top candidates and conducting professional interviews to qualify candidates for open positions.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain existing client relationships, expanding our client base and securing qualified opportunities.
  • Recruitment Process: Develop job postings, search, screen, and identify qualified candidates, present candidates to clients, and manage the client and candidate through the entire hiring process.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Recruiting.
  • Direct Hire experience in an Agency environment preferred but not required.
  • Accounting & Finance, HR & Marketing, Food, Beverage, or CPG, Retail, Industrial, and/or Consumer Products staffing experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven sales track record - Account Manager / Business Development.
  • Ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
