Job Title: Registration Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registration Clerk to join our team at ClearChoiceMD. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient patient registration process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register patients and gather demographic and insurance information
  • Verify insurance coverage and process copays
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a medical or retail environment
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Experience with Athena, DocuTap, and/or When2Work a plus
Work Environment:

This role operates in a fast-paced medical office setting and requires excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be working in a team environment and will be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
