We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to join our sales team in the West Coast Territory. The successful candidate will have a strong background in security industry sales and a proven ability to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop strategic clarity and a clear understanding of assigned role, expectations, and performance.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets, and competition.
- Build and maintain aggressive account growth plans of top customers in assigned geography and execute those plans.
- 5-10 years of Security Industry Sales Experience, College Degree Preferred
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
