About the Role

Tambourine is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Account Executive Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our account service team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing strategic marketing plans, and leading a team of account executives and coordinators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Ultimate accountability for the success of the client relationship, including the client's perception of the value of our partnership.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of account executives and coordinators, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful delivery of marketing programs.
  • Marketing Strategy: Work with clients to understand business problems and develop actionable strategies to drive results.
  • Project Management: Oversee the development, execution, and performance of annual strategic media plans for top-tier clients.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze property performance data to provide insights and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Communication: Extreme proficiency in managing expectations and overcoming objections, as well as clear communication of marketing processes and strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in client relationship management and team leadership.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, including web design and development, e-commerce conversion best practices, and email marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of paid digital advertising platforms, including paid search, social media, display, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and ability to review and analyze user behavior to optimize e-commerce performance.
  • Professional communication skills, including written and verbal communication, and experience in public speaking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CHDM certification.
  • Google-certified in digital marketing.
  • Short creative copy experience (banner ads, email).
  • Proficiency in Mac OS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote.
  • Hotel/destination marketing experience.
  • Working knowledge of print production.
  • Multi-lingual.
